Are you interested in becoming a U.S. Citizen? Get one-on-one help filling out the Citizenship Application (N-400) form at a FREE workshop. Newcomers Access Center (NAC) will be hosting appointments with a certified expert to help you fill out the form completely and correctly. We will be scheduling another workshop soon. 

Slots are limited and you must make an appointment in advance by emailing administrator@newcomersaccesscenter.org or calling (909) 455-3248.  Each appointment will last about 45 minutes to an hour. Please note, you must be vaccinated to make this in-person appointment (children under 12 excepted).

Before your appointment, please download, print, and complete worksheets. In addition to the completed worksheets, please bring all relevant documents in the list below.

What to Bring

• Green Card & all current and expired Passports
• Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Completed Worksheets
• Most Recent Tax Return
• Prior Immigration Record
• List of addresses, work & schooling (last 5 years)
• List of trips and dates outside the U.S.
• Information of current spouse and all children (name, address, date/place of birth, date/place of marriage, SSN, immigration status)
• Marriage and Divorce Certificates
• If you have been arrested:
• Bring all arrest and court documents, even for dropped charges and expunged records
• You may be eligible for a fee waiver.
• Bring proof of MediCal, WIC or CalWorks. 
• Men only: If you were living in the U.S. between ages of 18 and 26, please bring evidence of Selective Service registration if you have it.
